Fujairah Environment Authority and Fujairah Research Institute are hosting Dr DENIS MELNIKOV and Dr VIACHESLAV BIAL, Lead Researchers at the Komarov Botanical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Dr Denis and Dr VIACHESLAV are conducting field surveys and wild plants research in the emirates of Fujairah. This work is part of the Native Plant research programme launched by the Fujairah Environment Authority and Fujairah Research Center that aims to protect the environment and restore native plants and ecosystems in the emirates of Fujairah. This research will enable us to identify the shortcomings and discover new ways in conserving wildlife through sustainable and innovative ideas that are aligned with Fujairah's vision of conserving the environment.
